Shortage of Inventory of Homes to Buy

Every market is driven by supply and demand.  The housing market is no different. If you’ve been following local real estate you probably realize that the market is hot. There is a shortage of inventory, of homes for sale and home prices are increasing. If fact, the market is a little bit crazy.  Search homes for sale in Flying Horse, Colorado Springs, CO here:  http://www.rehava.com

The onset of Covid-19 in the middle of March 2020 and lock down on activities cast a large dark cloud over real estate activity. Homes sales and new listings both dropped dramatically. After about six weeks, the homes market rebounded, home sales picked up again and returned to a new normal in June.

Hot Sellers Market

However, the inventory of available homes for sale continued to decline.  This made the relatively hot sellers’ market an extremely home market. With a great shortage of inventory, the upward pressure on home sale prices continued throughout 2020 and into 2021.  We can help you find a home and negotiate great terms.  Call us today.  720-807-0597.  Search http://www.rehava.com
